Boston-based Bay Communications is responsible for the new tower being constructed in St. David, Maine. The construction began on December 26, and crews continue to assemble the tower section by section, according to landowner Kenneth Pelletier. AT&T may be the carrier to eventually use the tower, but that has yet to be confirmed.
