16 Possible Towers for Lexington, New York

Lexington, New York, officials are working together to bring better network connectivity to the area. Last week, the Economic Development, Tourism, and Planning Department director shared the town’s plans to modernize cell phone and Internet services. The current plan calls for 16 towers throughout the county, which will help bring the county onto the grid. Residents in the area formed a Broadband Committee to help the town move forward and come online. Unlike so many stories where residents are anti-towers, Lexington residents are pushing hard for the construction of the planned towers. They have made it a priority to bring the county into the 21st century.
