We are in the process of finalizing plans for the 2017 WYTA Winter Meeting and Legislative Reception. This year’s conference will begin on the morning of Tuesday, January 24, 2017 and end that evening after the Legislative Reception.
The WYTA Winter Meeting will be held in the Wyoming Room A & B at Little America in Cheyenne, WY with breakfast served at 7:30 am. The Legislative Reception will be held off-site at the Historic Nagle Warren Mansion from 5:30 – 7:30 pm.

In years past, Company and Associate Members have provided items to be given to the Legislators during the Legislative Reception. Please notify Christi if you would like to participate, and if so, what items you will be providing. Due to gift rules, please limit any items provided to less than a $50 value. Any gift that exceeds $50 should be reported to the Wyoming Secretary of State. You may bring your items to the WYTA Registration Desk at Little America on Thursday morning or mail them to WYTA, 1825 Carey Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001, Attn: Christi Anderson.
A block of rooms has been reserved at Little America for the dates of January 23, 2017 and January 24, 2017. We have negotiated a room rate of $119 for a deluxe king/queens and $129 for preferred king/queens. To make your hotel reservation please call Little America directly at 1-800-445-6945 and request a room reservation in the Wyoming Telecommunications Association block of rooms to receive the discounted rate. (The block of rooms will be released December 23, 2016.)
