Repairs Continue on Lubbock Tower

After the plane crashed into the KCBD tower in Lubbock, Texas, repairs continue to be made. The TV station has moved back into their studio, after spending 24 hours at the Lubbock Independent School District’s studio. The plane hit the guy wire of the tower late last Wednesday, and the 725-foot tower came crashing down. They are still waiting on a temporary antenna to arrive before they can resume over the air broadcasts, but cable and satellite customers should have uninterrupted service.
