B+T Group Inc. announced this week that Sonya Roshek has joined the company as Vice President of Field Services. Roshek has 20-plus years of experience in the industry, most recently serving as director of strategic national accounts in the telecom division at Black & Veatch in Kansas City. She has also held executive positions at Mycom, Mastec, and Alcatel-Lucent. She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership and development from Chapman University and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Drake University.
