Citing research conducted by the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA) and Swinburne University of Technology, the Australian government has published conclusions showing no health dangers posed by 5G technology. The reports looked at different aspects of 5G exposure on a cellular level. Results from over 100 studies involving low-level radio emissions went into the extensive final report.

“In conclusion, a review of all the studies provided no substantiated evidence that low-level radio waves, like those used by the 5G network, are hazardous to human health,” stated Dr Karipidis, Assistant Director, Assessment and Advice at ARPANSA.

Karipidis contributed to both the key reports analyzed by ARPANSA. The first report was entitled “Meta-analysis of in-vitro and in-vivo studies of biological effects of low-level millimeter waves.” The second study focused on “5G mobile networks and health – a state-of-the-science review of the research into low-level RF fields above 6 GHz.”

Since low millimeter waves do not penetrate the skin, the studies confirmed that no cellular disruption was present after exposure to low level radio waves. The full reports and methodologies are available for those seeking a more in-depth understanding. The end result is that the ARPANSA studies back previous findings by the World Health Organization, that concluded humans do not suffer health risks when exposed to low level EMF emissions.
