Candriam Luxembourg S.C.A. Reduces Position American Tower

Candriam Luxembourg S.C.A. reduced its stake in shares of American Tower Corp. (NYSE: AMT) by 2.6% during the fourth quarter, according to its most recent 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. EMQ News & Analysis reports the fund owned 31,085 shares of the real estate investment trust’s stock after selling 815 shares during the period. Candriam Luxembourg S.C.A.’s holdings in American Tower were worth $3,014,000 as of its most recent SEC filing. 

Several other institutional investors have also added to or reduced their stakes in the tower company. Vontobel Asset Management increased its position in American Tower by 6.7% in the fourth quarter. It now owns 1,850,268 shares of the real estate investment trust’s stock valued at $189.2 million after buying an additional 116,268 shares during the fourth quarter. Appleton Partners Inc. MA increased its position in American Tower by 8% in the and now owns 80,117 shares valued at $7.767 million after buying an additional 5,923 shares. Taylor Wealth Management Partners increased its position in American Tower by 1.8% in the fourth quarter. Taylor Wealth Management Partners added 1,769 shares and now owns 97,664 shares worth $9.469 million. Bank of The West upped its position in the tower behemoth by 12.1% or 10,081 shares and now owns 93,235 shares valued at $9.04 million.

Meanwhile, WallStreet.org reports Public Employees Retirement Association Of Colorado has decreased its stake in American Tower by 69.56% or $20.81 million, selling 216,782 shares during the fourth quarter as American Tower’s stock rose 9.70%. The institutional investor held 94,847 shares of American Tower at the end of Q4 worth $9.20 million.
