“COVID Be Damned!” Subcarrier Opens Denver Office

Subcarrier Communications, Inc., a provider of managed rooftop solutions for the telecommunications industry, announced the opening of a new office in Evergreen, CO, yesterday. Company President John Paleski said the new location will accommodate the firm’s rapid growth and leverage the area’s need for further personal, business and emergency management telecommunications development. The office, located at 32976 Timber Ridge Road, will be managed by Subcarrier’s Senior District Manager, Nathan Horn.

“Many telecom companies have slowed down their operations in the wake of COVID 19 concerns,” Paleski told Inside Towers. “As a result of this self-perpetuating mindset, many site firms have laid off or terminated valuable engineering and site acquisition personnel. I think that’s unfortunate. I think that’s unnecessary,” he said. “Today our industry is at the advent of 5G as well as other exciting and new wireless applications. These projects still need to get done and eventually will. Despite the momentary slowdown,” Paleski said, “I cannot think of a better time to add talented personnel to our operations. COVID be damned!”

Subcarrier has corporate headquarters in Old Bridge, NJ, and management offices in Houston; Arlington Heights, IL; Miami; and Philadelphia. Founded in 1986, the company owns and operates over 1,800 towers, buildings, and rooftop sites nationwide.

“The decision to expand our presence into the Denver area was a logical step in our business growth strategy,” Paleski said. “The area is rich with highly diverse talent from well-known prestigious colleges and universities, as well as high-tech Fortune 500 companies. We have the opportunity to further expand our managed portfolio of tower and rooftop locations, to assist with Colorado’s, and it’s neighboring western states’ upcoming 5G build-out, and related customer support services, as well as increase our ability to effectively service current and future markets.”
