Founded in 2012 by William Tinsley, both a telecommunications industry and U.S. Veteran, Datapath Tower is a full-service site developer supporting Public Safety, Municipal, and Broadband communications systems. Datapath Tower works with many municipalities, constructing build to suit and build to own sites to allow new communications systems to get up and running. “We develop a fairly equal number of build to suit and build to own sites,” said Jones. “Our goal, as a small company, is to work nimbly and quickly to enable municipalities to make the public safety systems they need a reality.”
Jones added that his team has the perseverance and adaptability to take on difficult siting issues and public safety projects. “We have developed a reputation of sticking with the difficult projects in high profile locations, while the larger developers don’t always have the patience to do so, with a constantly looming quarterly report and stakeholders to appease,” added Jones. “We’ll take on complex projects with longer lead times due to increased regulations and also manage public pushback to ensure the hard-to-reach areas get the critical communication networks needed in today’s wireless landscape.”
Along with smaller municipalities, Datapath Tower also works with carriers. “Our dedicated and focused team can respond quickly to our client’s needs,” said Jones. “Our goal is to create secure, well-managed, and maintained sites.
