Launch 3 Telecom has been in business since 2004, providing low-cost wireless products and services to telecommunication companies worldwide.

Launch 3’s founder, David Zoldan, started the company at the age of 25. After dropping out of high school, the entrepreneur started the company by purchasing distressed assets from a telecom company that was going out of business. It was only a matter of time before Zoldan became an expert in wireless telecommunications equipment. Over time, Launch 3 continued purchasing inventory and assets from other wireless telecom companies. Today, the company sells and represents hundreds of different wireless telecom manufacturers and sells to over 25,000 customers worldwide.

To stay relevant in the industry, Zoldan is always evolving the business. Over the last few years, Launch 3 began manufacturing wireless equipment. “Our best-in-class manufacturing facilities allow us to provide superior products at better prices than our competitors,” Zoldan states. Aside from manufacturing, Launch 3 also opened a tower installation branch, providing new builds, upgrades, and decoms to domestic and international markets.

Launch 3’s main customers include but are not limited to Tier 1 and Tier 2 carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, domestic turf vendors, international clients and the U.S. government.

Launch 3 specializes in providing and procuring surplus or end of life equipment to thousands of customers. Zoldan explains, “We stock and source thousands of parts, giving our clients easy access to equipment as needed, with little to no lead times.”

In addition to selling telecom material, Launch 3 also manages companies’ inventories, caters to asset recovery clients and offers third-party logistics.

What makes Launch 3 unique?

The company has a few differentiators, according to Zoldan. “Although our competition might be much larger in size, we are much nimbler. Our mix of asset recovery and manufacturing allows us to beat out our competitor’s pricing. We don’t like to use the word customer service because we aim to develop close and personal relationships with each customer we serve – we are truly committed to our customers. We have opened our doors at 3 a.m. in the past for a customer that needed one of our parts. We have extreme flexibility to fulfill our customers’ needs.”

The company was also voted one of the best places to work in 2016, by NJBIZ & Best Companies Group. Zoldan explains how they retain their 30+ employees. “Our employees truly set us apart – most have been with the company since its inception. We are a growing company and are always learning, so we encourage our employees to bring new ideas and suggestions to the table. We like to instill a friendly, family-like culture at our company.”

“We value our long-term customers and we go above and beyond for them. At the end of the day, we’re looking to save our customers money and time,” said Zoldan.
