PerfectVision Manufacturing announces the unveiling of the LIFE Mount 2.0 at NATE Unite 2018. PerfectVision Manufacturing has developed unique new features with this next generation LIFE Mount, advancing the industry in safety, rigging and future loading.
The LIFE Mount 2.0 is now pre-engineered for rigging and lifting applications using antenna pipe rooster heads. Design features include triangulated upper pipe bracing and additional equipment mounting options which maximize future loading and answer carrier demand for a smaller footprint on the tower. The triangulated design increases vertical load capacity while adding stability to the overall structure. Sector frame tie backs are re-positioned to connect to adjacent leg brackets reducing clutter and drastically speeding up installation. Available under mount work platforms provide safe access to all parts of the structure. Safety climb guide brackets protect the integrity of safety climbs by properly routing the cable and keeping the climbing path clear. LIFE Mount 2.0 applications have an enhanced shoulder height tie off on the upper collar protecting the safety of the installer.
