Telecom distributor and manufacturer PerfectVision, responded to scandalous claims made against its founder and 15-year retired CEO Terry Fleming. The company recently issued a statement that distances it from charges against Fleming and his alleged actions. Bob Chastain, who became CEO of PerfectVision in 2006, said Fleming has no involvement in the operations of the company and none of the accusations being made are alleged to have occurred in the workplace, nor should be associated with the operations of the company. The company, based in North Little Rock, AR, has six warehouses placed throughout the U.S. and, according to Arkansas Business, is one of the state’s largest private companies.

“When I took over as Chief Executive Officer,” Chastain said, “it was my mission to build a team of industry experts that could take PerfectVision to the next level. I am proud to have built a team that has executed that vision for the last 15 years. My team and I will continue to successfully operate the company now and into the future.”

The civil lawsuit, as opposed to the more rigorous standards of a criminal charge, were brought against Fleming in December of 2020. In the filing, three women charge he had been involved in sex trafficking. Attorneys for the women listed Fleming’s “instruments of the crimes” as his Little Rock estate estimated to be worth $1.9 million, two “large and very expensive” private jets, a yacht over 160 feet in length and large sums of cash, according to KATV-TV. The suits say Fleming is 79 years old, while countersuits he has filed show his age as 71.
