First Coast Crime Stoppers is offering $4,000 for any new information regarding the shooting death last month of two tower workers, murdered while performing their jobs after-hours at an AT&T cell site. Phillip Harley, 37, and Michael Thomas, 35, were pronounced dead at the scene.

Thomas was originally from Jacksonville, FL, but traveled all over for his job in telecommunications. Harley was from Thomaston, GA, and left behind a wife and five children.

According to Larry Harley, father of one of the victims, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) is doing the best it can, but he’s concerned about the distance between himself and the crime scene. Since the family isn’t local to Jacksonville, he told WJXT-TV, he worries about the lack of communication, since the family has not been contacted since June. According to the JSO, no new information is available at this time.
