ccaTech innovation isn’t just coming out of the East and West Coast cities. All over North America, innovations in mobile, medical and connected technologies are being used in exciting new ways. From farmers using drones and sensors to monitor their crops, to doctors utilizing telehealth initiatives to reach those living in remote areas during health epidemics, competitive mobile carriers are partnering with their communities to drive innovative use of technology throughout the United States.

Showcasing the technology revolution happening across the mobile ecosystem, Competitive Carriers Association (CCA) heads to Nashville this spring with the inaugural edition of the Mobile Carriers Show (MCS), an evolution of CCA’s Global Expo. MCS is dedicated to highlighting the diversity of the North American wireless sector, and showcasing the innovations driven by carriers of all sizes in partnership with technology developers. The event takes place April 13-15 at Music City Center.

Keynote sessions, conference tracks and the show floor will feature solutions – and visions – for the hottest topics in mobile and technology today, including: Internet of Things (IoT); emergency preparedness; mobile video; telemedicine; the connected home; and 5G. The show floor also provides a venue for technology vendors, infrastructure and backhaul providers, handset, device and app developers and other industries focused on mobility to reach the North American competitive carrier market, which spends over $15 billion annually on products and services related to the wireless industry.

An expanded exhibit floor will feature specialized topic areas, including an IoT Connection Zone produced by 151 Advisors with companies presenting case studies focused on agriculture, fitness, health, connected home, and fleet and asset tracking. Throughout the exhibit hall, attendees will see the latest offerings from software companies, infrastructure providers and developers who want to sell to the largest group of carriers in North America.

“Each year, our attendees and exhibitors cite the quality of leads and ability to develop lasting business partnerships at CCA’s events as a major reason they keep coming back,” said Steven K. Berry, president and CEO of CCA. “With an expanded exhibit floor and ability to see the latest technologies in action, Mobile Carriers Show promises to expand further the opportunities for our attendees to do business and reach the influencers.”
