Centerline Communications, LLC announced yesterday that it has acquired Tower Resource Management, Inc. (“TRM”). The companies did not disclose financial terms.
TRM, headquartered in Foxboro, MA, is a provider of telecommunications infrastructure services in New England and the Baltimore-Washington region. Its service offerings include site acquisition, line and antenna construction, small cell and DAS deployments, electrical services and fiber networking (www.trmcom.com).
Josh Delman, founder and CEO of Centerline, stated: “we are excited to welcome TRM to the Centerline team and thrilled about the many benefits that this transaction and the combined services platform will provide to our customers and employees.” TRM President Sean Carr will join the Centerline senior management team.
