Sioux Falls Tower specializes in commercial tower construction, maintenance and service work for the wireless, broadcast, utility and wind energy industries. With offices in Sioux Falls SD, Rapid City SD, Orem UT and Denver CO, our geographic footprint spans from the Great Plains to the West Coast.

YOUR ROLE:
As a Crew Chief you will lead teams involved in installation, maintenance, and repairs or retrofitting of towers and antenna systems. Work is done under various weather conditions throughout the region for all major cellular carriers, utility & wind energy companies. This isn’t your average work, so there are some requirements. Keep in mind we do all the training and certify you!

Your General Responsibilities:
• Directly supervise each project (within your team) in progress and
work with Project Managers and Crew to ensure proper job completion.
• Provide infield training to crew members on all aspects of the job.
• Obtain various equipment certifications and be on the forefront of
industry changes and train field staff on proper usage
• Work directly with customers and build relationships to continue
ongoing growth for the company.
• Perform punch lists on current and completed projects and review
with Project Managers and crew members.
• Evaluate field personnel.
• Insure company policies and procedures are been adhered to by
your crew.
• Maintain and inventory assigned company truck and equipment
• Participate in Monday morning crew and team meetings alongside
the Project Manager to get crew moving for the week
• Manage and inventory assigned test equipment
• Work with Safety Director on needed training for field staff
• Daily calls or face to face with Project Manager
• Weekly safety meeting with all field employees

Qualifications
– Strong leadership, marketing, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
– Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with, persuade, and positively influence customers, vendors, and colleagues
– Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast paced, start-up environment
– Has 3-5 years of experience in the wireless infrastructure, telecommunications, and/or commercial real estate industries; knowledge of the tower industry is preferred
– College degree preferred, otherwise relevant and significant work experience may qualify
– Motivated to work hard and take on a variety of work in a start-up company
– Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to requests, as well as collaborate with others to utilize resources and knowledge of others in identifying high quality solutions
– Strong ability to follow up on pending items, track project progress and stay current on project status and milestones
– Working knowledge of Microsoft suite – Excel, Word, and Access
– Knowledge of basic accounting and financial terms
– Able to sit at a desk for extended periods stand; walk across rough terrain around wireless towers

Responsibilities
– Plan, direct, coordinate, and lead programs and groups of projects, to achieve the budgeted build costs and financial returns within the targeted time frames
– Create financial models from templates
– Develop and strengthen customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, anticipating customer needs and satisfying them
– Market existing towers to source new collocations from the existing customer base and new customers
– Create marketing materials and tower marketing sheets as needed
– Source new tower build opportunities
– Coordinate and manage vendors, including site acquisition, environmental, general contractors, etc.
– Issue purchase orders to vendors and review/approve invoices
– Maintain and update files in the document and project tracking databases as required; including scanning and indexing for electronic records and database
– Create standard business documents using templates, as needed
– Lead due diligence for site development/acquisition efforts
– Research and document competitive tower locations
– Review and abstract tenant documents
– Source new acquisition opportunities
– Other duties as needed

APC Towers Job Opening – Senior Director, Development

 

 

Responsibilities
– Manage site development, tower/land acquisitions, and collocation opportunities nationwide
– Work with the Carriers at the market and regional levels.
– Coordinate and manage vendors, including site acquisition, environmental, engineering, legal, construction.
– Forecast site budgets and development schedules.
– Generate and create budget/financial models for new sites using existing and historical data.
– Maintain and update files in the document and project tracking databases as required
– Lead efforts with Business Development, Project Management, and Operations teams for site walks, general maintenance, incoming collocations, and general business operations.
– Provide direct oversight and maintain trackers for project milestones.
– Other duties as needed

Qualifications
– Has 5 to 7 years of experience in the wireless infrastructure, telecommunications, and/or commercial real estate industries; knowledge of the tower industry is preferred
– College degree preferred, otherwise relevant and significant work experience may qualify

– Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues

Paralegal, MetroWest, MA 

Looking for a Paralegal to Support General Counsel in MetroWest Massachusetts Office. The Paralegal position supports General Counsel, and/or Chief Executive Officer, and/or the President in all matters relating to development and acquisitions of new assets and the management of existing assets. This role includes the drafting and negotiation of real estate and transactional documents, as well as ordering, generation, tracking and review of due diligence and other tasks. Experience in Real Estate, Acquisitions, Title or Telecommunications preferred.

Qualifications
1. Requires a minimum of a college degree and Legal Certificate or equivalent;
2. Requires at least two years related industry experience;
3. Proficient in computer software applications including Microsoft word, Excel, e-mail;
4. Requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
5. Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
6. Strong organizational and communications skills;
7. Articulate, personable and professional in dealing with external and internal people;
8. Legal writing and research proficiency required.
9. Experience in Real Estate, Acquisitions, Title or Telecommunications preferred.
