Digital Bridge announced yesterday Geneviève Maltais-Boisvert will become a Principal with the company’s Executive Team. Maltais-Boisvert has 15 years of experience in global infrastructure funds management and investment banking across North America, Europe, Turkey and Australia. She joins a team of more than 50 employees, including an executive investment team with diverse operating and financial backgrounds and an understanding of the digital infrastructure market.
Previously, Maltais-Boisvert served as Director of Infrastructure Investments at PSP Investments where she helped deploy nearly CA$2 billion across the infrastructure and energy sectors, with a focus on digital infrastructure.
She will focus on sourcing and managing investments for the Digital Colony Partners fund, which is managed by Digital Bridge. The fund closed in May with $4.05 billion in commitments and is the world’s first fund dedicated to digital infrastructure.
