Dynamic Environmental Associates, Inc. (DEA) announced yesterday that Adrian Berezowsky, President and founder of BirchCo, Inc. has joined DEA as Vice President, merging BirchCo’s environmental and regulatory practice under the DEA name. Adrian has over 13 years of experience in the wireless infrastructure industry and was a founding member of IVI Telecom Services, Inc., a nationwide environmental consulting firm which also specialized in environmental and regulatory due diligence for wireless infrastructure development. When IVI was acquired by CBRE in late 2014, Adrian continued to manage CBRE’s telecom due diligence practice as well as managing CBRE’s internal resources related to wireless infrastructure at, on or within CBRE managed and/or owned properties.
Adrian attended The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science & Art (Bachelor of Architecture) and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is Vice President and events chair for the New York State Wireless Association. Adrian previously co-chaired WIA’s Environmental Engineering and Consultants Working Group with DEA President David Jermakian.
