Session 4 – Workforce Development Presents: Workforce Solutions – Business and Education Partnerships

This panel will share the steps they took in developing a private/public partnership to establish a telecommunication program. Programs have been designed to educate and train telecommunication technicians for their company’s workforce.
While each program model is different, the goals are the same – to educate a safe and skilled technician that will be a productive telecommunication worker. This panel will discuss how they worked collaboratively to design the curriculum, implement the program, and the roles each partner took in building the program.
