Although they go by the unlikely name of Spooky Action, a tech company located in Minnesota is providing critical coverage for front line hospital workers. The company specializes in tethered drones, and have stepped forward to assist in telehealth communications, reports Business Insider.

Telelift Healthline is a revamped version of the company’s Telelift Flying Cell Tower. The unit is a suitcase sized drone-based cell tower designed to be deployed by health care workers working in field hospitals. Establishing a temporary internet link in areas with little or no coverage allows medical personnel to quickly connect to broadband and LTE networks. Collecting patient data, testing, and coordinating with other medical professionals requires a reliable digital connection.

As the healthcare landscape responds to a growing crisis, the portability of the Telelift Healthline fosters quick communication and connections. The drone itself is a low maintenance system that can fly for up to one week without needing to land or recharge.
