French & Parrello Associates (FPA) named Michael A. Sandifer as its Director of Telecommunications for the Southeast Region. Sandifer brings experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects and joins FPA from Excell Communications, where he was Vice President of Operations.
Prior to joining Excell Communications in 2002, Sandifer held various positions at Verizon Wireless with responsibilities ranging from real estate to manager of network implementation for cell sites. Sandifer was recently named President of the Alabama Wireless Association. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for The Bell Center for Early Intervention, the Board of Directors for Cain & Bultman, Inc., and is a member of the Tennessee, Georgia, and Carolina Wireless Associations and the Utilities Technology Council.
