Wow! Did anyone get the plate of that Mac truck that just blind-sided us? I think I saw the numbers 2020 before it vanished in the distance. Like after every collision in life, you check for damages, dust yourself off, increase your alertness levels and get the hell off of that freakin’ road!
Interstate 2021 for the tower industry looks like it’s got the makings of a better-designed highway. Anticipating a lot of traffic, paved with the latest smart technology, supported by solid bi-partisan funding, designed to withstand pandemics and natural disasters, accessible on and off ramps, it’s looking like a better way to go.
The editors of Inside Towers have put together some thoughts on what we just witnessed and what might be ahead (although could anyone at this time last year have guessed pandemic?). Leslie, John and I take pride in keeping you in the present every single day and try to leave prognostications to the analysts but, hey, a little perspective, a little wishful thinking is never a bad thing.
