MOTIVE Infrastructure Solutions, a provider of turnkey design and construction services, appointed Phillip Ackerman as a Business Development Executive. Ackerman’s primary focus will be to establish MOTIVE’s national footprint as well as develop telecommunication and energy infrastructure that will be owned and operated by the firm.
Ackerman joins MOTIVE from Black Dot Capital and Real Estate Group, where he served on the executive team, most recently as its President since 2004. In this role, he designed and implemented expense reduction programs that helped his clients realize over $10 billion in cost savings on thousands of telecommunications facilities across North America.
Ackerman added, “I am excited to be joining MOTIVE and working closely with its leadership team to continue the tradition of providing timely, productive, and cost-efficient services.
