NATE UNITE 2024 Call For Speakers Deadline July 28

NATE UNITE 2024, set for mid-February in Memphis, announced its search criteria and deadlines for subject matter experts for roundtable discussions, moderated panel sessions, or standalone presentations on initiatives impacting the industry. Potential speakers may submit their responses here and will be notified by September 8, 2023.

NATE UNITE 2024 will be held February 19-22, at the Renasant Convention Center in Memphis. All Educational Sessions will occur on Monday, February 19; Tuesday, February 20; and Wednesday, February 21. 

Details:

  • Session Length: approx. 60 minutes (45-minute presentation followed by Q&A)
  • Presentations must be non-commercial
  • Presenters will not receive financial compensation from NATE to present an educational session
  • Speakers are expected to pay their own travel and accommodation expenses
  • NATE will provide all audio/visual for the session
  • All speakers will receive one complimentary, full conference pass to NATE UNITE 2024, which includes educational sessions, exhibit floor access, conference meals, and networking events
  • Each session is branded with customized graphics on-site and in advance of NATE UNITE (to be used on social media to promote the subject matter experts, and the overall event)

What is Required to Submit:

  • Written proposal in a PowerPoint presentation format
  • Suggested session title, outline, and a brief description of the presentation
  • A 90-second video about the proposed presentation
  • Speaker’s professional bio (brief) and full contact information including business title and company
  • Speaker headshot (at least 600 pixels wide)
