UPDATE Inside Towers reported that FCC Acting Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel created a task force dedicated to improving the agency’s broadband data and maps. Jean Kiddo, who heads the Broadcast Incentive Auction Task Force, will continue to do that job but also take on the new group.
Members of the Broadband Data Task Force will include Chelsea Fallon as Senior Implementation Officer and C. Sean Spivey as Senior Counsel. Fallon is now Chief of the Data Division in the FCC’s Office of Economics and Analytics and has led the agency’s implementation of the Broadband DATA Act. Spivey is an Assistant Bureau Chief in the FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau.
