An industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, including both the service provider and construction sectors, Joe is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all of Hylan’s subsidiaries. Prior to Hylan, Joe served as Executive Vice President of Operations for UniTek Global Services, a diversified telecom engineering, construction and installation services company with five operating divisions in 20 states and Canada.
He was previously the President of Pinnacle Wireless USA, Inc., a subsidiary of UniTek which designed and deployed mission critical DAS systems for key enterprise customers and public safety agencies.
Joe also served as COO of RCN Corporation, and as Group Head of the Telecom Investment Banking practice at BB&T Capital Markets.
