There’s nothing more frustrating than not being able to call someone on your cell phone. That’s what Sprint customers are dealing with in Terre Haute, Indiana. After realizing it was a widespread problem, customers began asking Sprint what the problem was. A reporter from My Wabash Valley tweeted to the company to see what the problem was, and the response was: “The area shows four tower outages. Unfortunately, there is no estimated time of repair available.” The wireless carrier has been upgrading the towers in the area, assumedly with 4G LTE technology. The company continues to work on the towers, hoping to solve the problems customers are having quickly.
