He has worked in the wireless industry for over 13 years on projects for all major carriers and tower companies. Osbourne helps clients navigate regulatory requirements on several nationwide small cell projects.
Holding a B.S. in Wildlife from Purdue University and a M.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Science from West Virginia University, Osbourne resides in Lexington, VA with his wife, Mary Beth, and three daughters.
