Pedro Samuel Salazar, 21, fell from a water tower in Brownsville, Texas, Monday and was rushed to the hospital where he later died. Police were called to the water tower near Veteran’s High School around 11 am. The police are unsure of what caused Salazar to fall, but according to KRGV-TV he was working on antennas atop the tower. The two antennas on the tower are owned by Orbit Broadband and Border Patrol.
