Zayo Group Holdings, Inc., yesterday announced the appointment of Lisa Hook to its board of directors. Hook most recently spent eight years at Neustar, Inc., a global information services company focused on cloud-based workflow solutions. During her tenure, she was President and COO before becoming President and CEO. She joined the Neustar Board in 2010, and continued to serve the company in that capacity until July 2019.
“Lisa is a recognized leader with experience across multiple industries in the public and private sector,” said Zayo Group CEO Steve Smith. “She will be an invaluable asset to our board as we continue to lead Zayo into its next phase of growth and service to our customers.”
Currently, Hook serves on the boards of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., Philip Morris International, Nokia Corporation, Ritchie Brothers Holdings Ltd. and CubeIQ. She also chairs the Advisory Board of private equity firm, Trilantic Capital Partner, and is a member of the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee, a nonpartisan Presidential advisory group to which she was appointed in 2012.
