American Tower Introduces New Features for ON AIR Access

American Tower recently improved the customer experience for their ON AIR Access, which is their integrate site selection and application tool. This allows you to find sites, apply for collocations, modifications, and instantly track your progress. They have added a notice to proceed deliverable self-service, which allows users to provide NTP deliverables for their projects from the Milestone Details project page on the Projects tab. There are also templates available in Lines & Antennas tab, which lets you create, click Save As Template from the Lines & Antennas tab after populating the desired fields. To apply, select the desired template from the drop-down menu and click Apply. Please note: mount/RAD heights and sectors cannot be included in a template due to their site-specific nature. ON AIR Access now includes the Tower Development Rights included in the Site Locator and the GTP assets are now included in the Site Locator.
