Subcarrier Communications, a wireless infrastructure developer based in New Jersey, announced its $2.1 million purchase of Houston-based AC Site Management. According to the company, “The strategic purchase adds diversity to Subcarrier’s national telecommunication tower portfolio, and provides additional resources to meet the demands of its clients seeking high-performance telecommunication solutions along with a talented execution team.” Subcarrier’s acquirement of AC Site Management complements the recent Houston regional office opening and hires of telecommunications industry veterans Dudley Norman and Greg Weger. Norman has secured over $46 million in sales for various telecommunications infrastructure projects throughout previous tenures with competitors American Tower and Lockard & White. Greg Weger brings over 25 years’ experience in key managerial executive positions in the telecommunications industry and is a key figure in a recent project involving the rooftop dome replacement of Houston landmark Williams Tower (formerly Transco Tower).
