Naza Communications Sdn Bhd, an integrated telecommunications infrastructure provider and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Naza Group and Everest Infrastructure Partners ANZ Pty Ltd will collaborate on investment in existing wireless telecommunications infrastructure in Malaysia.
They will also partner to further develop and enhance telecommunications infrastructure across the country, according to Business Today.
In its pursuit for collaboration with a key Malaysian telecommunications player, Everest, an Australia based company focuses on the acquisition and development of wireless communications towers, tower ground leases, rooftop antenna leases, and other wireless communications infrastructure. Everest has identified Naza Communications as a preferred partner taking into account their deep industry ties, sector leadership, market experience and strong TowerCo management expertise.
