Murphy Tower Service, LLC, a provider of wireless and wireline construction and maintenance services, announced the opening of another office location in Springfield, TN. It is the company’s ninth physical location across six states, adding to its continued national growth.
The new facility, located 30 miles north of Nashville, enables the company to better serve its customers in the Southeast. Employees operating out of the Tennessee location perform installation and maintenance for cellular carriers and tower owners in Tennessee and surrounding states. The building houses a high-end training facility for the company’s tower technicians, in addition to equipment storage and office space. Murphy Tower Service’s other business units will also operate out of the new facility, offering distributed antenna installation (DAS), fiber installation, horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and commercial electrical services.
Murphy Tower Service CEO Pat Murphy said, “Our company has seen significant demand for our services in Tennessee and Kentucky and the surrounding areas, so it makes sense to increase our presence in that region.”
The new facility is located at 3604 Kelton Jackson Road, Springfield, TN. Headquartered in Carlisle, IA, the company has two additional locations in Iowa and others in Gretna, NE; St. Cloud, MN; Gary, SD and Springfield and Maryville, MO. Click here for a map of the company’s service areas.
