Arcadia Towers Expands

Arcadia Towers, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, recently added tower sites throughout Indiana. In May 2014, the company secured a $5 million debt facility with Texas Exchange Bank, after previously announcing a $5 million equity commitment from Kern Whelan Capital. These transactions have helped support the company’s growth through the development of tower sites in its service area. The new tower sites are in Marion County, Ripley County, Dearborn County, Bartholomew County, Decatur County, and Union County.“Our tenants include AT&T and Verizon with other carriers showing interest,” Greg Leszczuk, Chief Operating Officer of Arcadia Towers said. “Seven of the 12 sites are complete or in development. Five are strategic sites under option that we are marketing to the carriers. We have also developed seven sites in Ohio and one in Kentucky over the past year.”
