Bernard Borghei Exits Symphony Towers Infrastructure Citing Irreconcilable Differences

Bernard Borghei announced on social media on Friday that he has stepped down from his role at Palistar Capital-owned Symphony Towers Infrastructure, citing “ongoing irreconcilable differences with Symphony’s financial sponsor.”

Borghei, a co-founder of Vertical Bridge, had served as CEO of Symphony for the past 15 months. In a LinkedIn announcement, he reflected positively on his tenure, saying, “A lot of great results were achieved making Symphony a leader in its space. My last day with Symphony was this past Friday. Many thanks to the Symphony team for their hard work and to all my industry partners and colleagues who worked with me during my tenure at Symphony.”

Earlier this year, Palistar merged Symphony Wireless and CTI Towers to form Symphony Towers Infrastructure, now managing and marketing around 3,000 telecom assets across all 50 states Founded in 2019, Symphony focuses on acquiring ground leases and easement rights for telecom towers, while CTI operates as a traditional tower company in the U.S.
