Cathedral Consulting Expands M&A Team

Cathedral Consulting, a specialty consulting firm providing strategic growth and advisory services, announced the expansion of its Mergers & Acquisitions team. This strategic move was designed to enhance Cathedral’s focus on assisting business owners in building enterprise value and navigating the M&A process.

New Senior Advisors joining the Cathedral M&A team include:

  • Jim Tracy is the founder of The Legacy Companies and has three-plus decades of senior management in commercial development and infrastructure construction. He was CEO of Legacy Telecommunications for 23 years. Tracy is an author and podcast host and has led the National Association of Tower Erectors and The Tower Family Foundation. He has been recognized with the Bill Carlson Lifetime Service Award, the Business ICON of Idaho award, and was recently inducted into the Wireless Hall of Fame.  
  • John Foley is Managing Director of the Safer Buildings Coalition and leads the coalition’s management, strategy, and lobbying efforts. He is the co-author of The Complete ERCES Handbook and contributes to key in-building wireless and public safety industry committees with TIA, CTIA, IWCE, CCFS and NATE. Foley held positions at telecom service companies such as Level 3 Communications, MFS, and MCI and was a co-founder of Nextlink which later became XO Communications.
  • Dan McVaugh advises on business, technology, and leadership. He co-founded ATECS, later rebranded as Centerline Solutions, which grew into a major professional and construction services firm. McVaugh served as president of the Colorado Wireless Association and currently shares insights through his podcast, 5G Guys.
  • Paul Foster’s career spans over 25 years in infrastructure services and consulting, Foster was co-owner and CEO of Vinculums Services LLC, a wireless telecommunications service company for 17 years. He currently serves as a board-level advisor to several international and domestic companies.
