“AMT inked its new T-Mobile MLA on 9/15, which included revenue commitments over the 15-year period,” said Eric Luebchow, Senior Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities. “Whether T-Mobile activity is a tide that lifts all boats or mix impacts one towerco more than the other remains to be seen.”
Inside Towers Business Editor John Celentano said he expects to see some perspective on the 15-year deal with T-Mobile. “We’ll get a status on growth in international markets, both with new builds and acquisitions; and more elaboration on forays into new service offerings such as the edge data center, already announced,” he said.
According to Seeking Alpha, the consensus FFOEstimate is $2.01 ($1.77 last year) and the consensus Revenue Estimate is $1.97B (+1 percent y/y).
