Data center and internet services provider ColoHouse has acquired Quonix Solutions, LLC (Data102), according to financial advisor Houlihan Lokey. ColoHouse has 26 locations in 21 cities in North America, Europe, and Asia offering a suite of co-location, cloud, and managed services.
Quonix Solutions (Data102) is a regional, carrier-neutral data center services provider with a portfolio of high-tier services, colocation, IaaS, bandwidth, and cloud and voice services. The company operates under the brands Data102 and Turnkey Internet and has three facilities located in Colorado Springs, CO, Philadelphia, PA and Albany, NY. Data102 serves as home to many local, regional, and national carriers, alongside a wide array of small, medium, and enterprise customers.
The acquisition expands the ColoHouse portfolio by three locations and over 300 co-location customers.
