The seller, Alaska Broadcast Communications, Inc., is an Alaska-based company headed by Richard Burns. The buyer, Strategic Wireless, is a Delaware-based investment manager, capital partner and holding company focused on acquiring, developing and managing telecom infrastructure assets that support broadband connectivity.
