The FCC has cited the owner of one of Los Angeles’ largest skyscrapers for interfering with cell phone connections in the area. The managers of the Ernest & Young Tower have been ordered to change the fluorescent lights that are creating problems for Verizon’s network. GE has offered to exchange the light bulbs.
