The Enforcement Bureau of the FCC announced on Friday it has entered into a Consent Decree to resolve its investigation into whether CSC Wireless, LLC, d/b/a Altice Mobile violated the Commission’s rules in submitting network outage filings in connection with reportable outages that occurred on March 18 and July 19, 2023.

The FCC, in an issued statement, said Altice admits that it violated the network outage reporting requirements and will implement a three-year compliance plan whereby Altice will pay a $96,000 civil penalty.
