“We have assembled a product line to support our customers that are in the networking business: building, managing and optimizing networks,” Jim Torok, central regional sales manager told Inside Towers. “We distribute products to the telecommunications industry diverse markets segments. These include service provider, wireless, small cell and DAS. Anything needed for outside plant or wireless network, we have it.”
GCG currently supplies Tier 1, 2 & 3 carriers, network operators, their OEM’s and contractors. The company has expanded their product offering to address the evolution within the wireless ecosystem. “The market is evolving and capacity will be spread out to the edge of the network,” Torok said. “This can be done through a fiber-based architecture, connected to macro sites, small cells and WiFi.”
Having a broad product mix that supports these markets makes it easier for GCG Broadband to meet the changing needs of the industry, and the company has expanded its products to address this evolution. In addition to distribution services, GCG Broadband offers, kitting and staging, job site services, logistic services and material management.
