Jtower’s shared equipment will allow mobile carriers to reduce the investment for equipment installation and operating costs, according to Jtower, whose commercial indoor infrastructure sharing solution service was launched in 2014.
Additionally, Jtower has partnered with NTT Docomo and glass manufacturer AGC Inc. to deploy a glass antenna into windows in a Tokyo office building, according to Data Centre Dynamics.
