The Learning Alliance will be attending and exhibiting in booth #728 at WIA’s Connectivity Expo, May 23-26, at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. The yearly event allows the Learning Alliance Team to network and connect with industry leaders in telecom, as well as respected employer partners and with potential new partners.
“The event gives us a chance to talk about our growth story,” said Cesar Ruiz, CEO, Learning Alliance. “In the first Quarter of 2022, the Learning Alliance increased its Broadband Digital Installer (BDI) class sizes to an average of 80 graduates a month.”
The BDI program takes place at the Learning Alliance facility in Tampa, FL where students experience a 30-day boot camp consisting of 12-hour days, six days a week. The rigorous training process encompasses all the skills needed to become a qualified tower climber.
The Learning Alliance team will also discuss the latest developments in the company’s NextTech Program, which is designed to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion. NextTech, sponsored by T-Mobile, has added two partners, Qualtek and JMA Wireless. “We are excited to have these companies join NextTech,” Ruiz said. “Both organizations have committed to the Integrator Commitment as part of the program, which means we will be able to train and certify an additional 25 students every month.” To set up a meeting during the show, email Neil Marr.
