“Today is the eighth national ‘Hire a Vet’ Day in America. A Marine Corps vet and the founder of Hire our Heroes, Dan Caporale, helped establish the first one in 2017.
We try to make every day a ‘hire a vet day.’ We work with over 600 telecom employers from coast-to-coast helping connect vets looking for work, to telecom employers looking for good workers…and we have connected over 800 so far in 2024.
How do you train teamwork into an employee…or work ethic…or attention to detail? Every military member is expected to deliver on all these values every day of their enlistment…and while under pressure. That’s why they make such great candidates for any of the telecom workforce needs.
