The application process for the NATE STAR Initiative is open for the 2025-2026 STAR (Safety, Training, Accountability and Reliability) Initiative program year. The association says the NATE STAR Initiative is a prestigious program designed for members who demonstrate a strong commitment to tower safety and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and industry best practices.

To enroll in the 2025-2026 STAR Initiative, visit members.natehome.com. Sign in to the NATE Member Portal with your username and password. In the Member Services Menu, select NATE STAR Initiative and click on STAR Initiative Application.

Participation is free. NATE requires all interested members – including returning STAR participants, to complete and submit an online application prior to the August 31, 2025 deadline.

NATE is introducing NATESTAR.com, a new platform designed to enhance the experience and effectiveness of STAR participants. This all-in-one system allows users to easily capture audits and observances in real time via a mobile device, tablet, or computer. This platform streamlines the development and tracking of deficiencies, corrective action plans, and gain meaningful insights through access to your own data. With customizable dashboards, participants can tailor their views to monitor trends, track progress, and drive continuous safety improvements. Program participants can also submit audits as stated above using the NATE Mobile App and NATE’s website.

The NATE STAR Initiative offers a unique opportunity for member companies to showcase their dedication to safety excellence. This exclusive program honors those who go above and beyond to protect their workforce by adhering to the highest industry standards.

If your company is committed to creating a safer work environment, NATE encourages you to apply. The association says, “Together we can continue to pursue our most important mutual goal – to ensure that tower climbers go home safely at the end of the day. Take the next step – submit your application today!”
