Network Wireless Solutions, LLC, a solutions and logistics provider to carriers and telecommunications contractors, announced yesterday that former longtime AT&T executive Xavier Williams has joined the firm as Chief Executive Officer. Williams succeeds founder Jeff White and will assume management of day-to-day operations for NWS. NWS is a portfolio company of Grain Management, LLC, a Washington, D.C.-based investment firm focused on the global communications sector.
Across his 30-year career at AT&T, Williams has served in a wide array of executive leadership capacities in finance, product management, strategy, sales, human resources, global operations and customer service. Williams most recently served as President of Public Sector and FirstNet leading AT&T’s efforts focused on the Federal Government, State & Local Government, Educational institutions and efforts focused on the First Responder community until September 2020. Subsequently, he was CEO of AVC Technologies, a global cloud communications provider through June 2021.

During his time at AT&T, Williams also served as President for Government Solutions & National Business, President for Global Public Sector & Wholesale Markets, President for Business Operations, President for National Business, Executive Vice President for Global Customer Service, Senior Vice President for Service Management, Senior Vice President for Government, Education & Media, and Senior Vice President for Business Communications Services. In 2017, Williams was named one of Black Enterprise’s Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America.
