Thayer Infrastructure Services, LLC, an infrastructure services provider in the power, fiber, and wireless communications construction industries, this week announced the completed acquisition of Heartland Solutions Corp, a wireless communications construction company. Terms of the Heartland transaction were not disclosed.
Heartland, headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, will operate as a part of American Cell Enterprises, LLC, one of three TIS operating companies. Beginning with its acquisition of LeCom Utility Contractors, this is the third such acquisition made by TIS in the last year. Tim Luden, CEO of American Cell and Heartland President and CEO Mark Fisher will continue to oversee the Heartland operations.
