Tower Take Down Leaves Residents Without Service

A cell phone tower was taken down in Twin Bridges, Montana, leaving some AT&T customers without service and no way to make phone calls. After Cellular One discontinued service in the state at the end of August, the tower was taken down and it has had an effect on certain AT&T customers. It’s like back in the dark ages, almost,” said resident Louise Ellingsworth. “Without my phone I have no ability to call customers, I’m out of touch with family and friends,” she said. AT&T said the tower was used to roam and they are now working with customers who are experiencing issues on a case-by-case basis.
